Low-load Continuous Discovery
A small rotating OpenAlex batch checks for new papers, adds each record to the cluster index and avoids the load of a full crawl.
A transparent overview of what is checked, when it runs and which public surface it protects.

OpenAlex checks international, multilingual metadata for eligible research and new sources.
New metadata is ingested and reconciled with the existing Storage Box archive.
The website, database and operational records are backed up to the Storage Box.
The server checks running services and every published endpoint.
Certbot checks certificate renewal. The system timer also uses a randomized delay.
/api/papersPaper APILive SQLite recordsdaily · 05:00 UTCLIVE CHECK/api/excelExcel exportDownload after one-time paymentdaily · 05:00 UTCLIVE CHECKThe complete Excel export is delivered only after a one-time Stripe payment. The file remains protected on the server until payment is verified.
Global OA discovery runs four times per day and the complete crawl runs once. Downloads, cluster batches, the Excel export and deployment are then updated before backup and audit follow.
The audit can optionally send a sanitized system report to Codex/OpenAI. Scripts are never executed unchecked from an LLM response; source allowlists, OA licence checks and PDF validation remain deterministic controls.
